The work was performed exactly as described and promised. Alejandro and his partner arrived on time, described the work they would be doing and got to it. They did ask for my input along the way and that was appreciated. They did a very professional install, cleaned up completely behind themselves and did other considerate things like remove their shoes when coming indoors. This entire process was painless. October 17, 2019Top Notch! If I could give 10 stars, I would...We had our system installed two days ago. The entire process was timely and seamless! The office personnel (Holly and Patricia) were awesome to work with....the installer, Alex was superb! They got it right and the system looks great! They do what they say they will do and they do it right the first time! I just want to give an extra shout out to Alex for his terrific customer service....he had the entire system installed and found an electrical wiring problem in our home when he tried to hook it up. He correctly rewired the box he needed to use, put in a new switch, and safely hooked up the system. They never charged us additional for this. Any other company would have told us to get an electrician to change the wiring or would have charged extra to do it. When Holly gives you a price, that is the price you pay....it is not an estimate or a "guesstimate". It is the final price! They also leave a test kit to an independent lab for you to retest after the system has been in place for 10 days. If the levels do not go down to what they guarantee, they come back out until they do....and no extra charge for that either! I highly recommend this company....especially if you need your system installed quickly and correctly the first time! And their guarantee is incredible--no strings and no extra costs...ever!

Our house, including a mostly finished basement was not set up to make getting our radon under control an easy task. I knew that going in because I remember when the basement was finished. This is main reason I put it off for so long. Radon Safety gave us a quote and explained everything thoroughly. We had options but really only one good one that included a lengthy run of PVC pipe up into the attic above our garage. There wasn't a single thing easy about this. When we got the first test readings they were still high and I thought this was where I was going to start paying. Instead Radon Safety proved why it's such a highly rated company. They resolved the situation which took significant extra work and stuck exactly to the original quote. They do the job right! I couldn't be happier and will recommend them every time. June 1, 2019I never had a company who stands behind what they promise. My radon level was 26.4. They said they will lower the radon level to below 4. Guess what, they did better, and my radon level is .8. Very good company to work with. Jason, our installer, have to come out 5 times in order to get our radon level below 1. He was always helpful in answering questions. Always explaining what would be the best scenario for digging the hole and where to place it. Holly was also great as well. She always have good suggestions on what to do next. She's very speedy on answering your questions through email. Always positive even though they have to come out 5x to our house. Always reassure you that they will get the radon level down. Best Radon company out there. The other company I called, didn't guarantee to drop my level down to below 4. Radon Safety LLC stands behind their promise to lower my radon level down and succeeded.
