They did ask for my input along the way and that was appreciated. They did a very professional install, cleaned up completely behind themselves and did other considerate things like remove their shoes when coming indoors. This entire process was painless.     My Radon Mitigation system was installed Nov. 3, 2019. I have yet to see the 2 week re-check, however, I certainly can vouch for the process thus far. The installer performed a neat and clean install, and Holly handled the scheduling wonderfully. It was a very positive experience.

Our installer, Alex, was very helpful in explaining our options for mitigation, keeping installation at our quote and was quick and cleaned up after he was done.     Radon Safety was awesome to work with. Holly answered all of my questions very quickly ranging from the time of getting the quote, setting up an install, after then install, then again after post install testing. The install took around 2 hours and is outside my master bedroom. There is a little hum I can hear from it but its perfect white noise for me. If you go outside and touch the vent you can feel air moving in that thing. They use one heck of a fan. After install I noticed one spot that wasn't caulked and asked Holly about it. She sent someone out to touch up that spot no questions asked. They got our radon down from 7.0 to less than 0.3 on the mail in test they provide. They use a 3rd party testing site also. Highly recommend!!!
