  • I had a really good experience with this company. I moved into a new home and had 60 days to get a radon test done and have a mitigation system installed to get reimbursed by the builders. I happened to put that off until the last minute and reached out to my realtor for a recommendation... she referred me to another company but I wasn’t too impressed with them and it was going to take awhile before they could install the mitigation system. So, I found these guys on Google and really liked their website. I did some research and decided I would go with this company. I called them, had a quote within minutes, the price was good, and they were able to do the install a day later (Holly was the person I spoke to, she was great). They went above and beyond communicating the expectations as well as educating me on the install process and warranty. The install was smooth and the gentleman who completed it was great. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and the turnaround to get this done was super quick. Thanks guys!

    My Radon Mitigation system was installed Nov. 3, 2019. I have yet to see the 2 week re-check, however, I certainly can vouch for the process thus far. The installer performed a neat and clean install, and Holly handled the scheduling wonderfully. It was a very positive experience.

  • I had three companies do mitigation estimates on my 1956 house. The first one said my house had too many construction oddities for mitigation to successfully be done. (Doing more research on them later, I determined they take only easy jobs and also cut corners in the quality of their materials.) The second one said they could do it successfully, even if they couldn’t access one of the crawl spaces, which is about two feet wide and almost 40 feet long. Their fan warranty is five years. For the same price as that of the above company, Radon Safety’s solution was more carefully thought out, and their fan warranty is seven years. Despite twists and turns and surprises along the way due to the quirky layout of my house, Alejandro and his assistant Eduardo took it all in stride and persevered (including accessing that two-foot wide crawl space), taking 11 hours to do it right. It was apparent that for Alejandro it wasn’t just a job but a problem to successfully solve. The radon levels before mitigation were averaging 6.50 in most areas of the house. In just a day they were down to 0.35. I highly recommend Radon Safety LLC.

    I never had a company who stands behind what they promise. My radon level was 26.4. They said they will lower the radon level to below 4. Guess what, they did better, and my radon level is .8. Very good company to work with. Jason, our installer, have to come out 5 times in order to get our radon level below 1. He was always helpful in answering questions. Always explaining what would be the best scenario for digging the hole and where to place it. Holly was also great as well. She always have good suggestions on what to do next. She's very speedy on answering your questions through email. Always positive even though they have to come out 5x to our house. Always reassure you that they will get the radon level down. Best Radon company out there. The other company I called, didn't guarantee to drop my level down to below 4. Radon Safety LLC stands behind their promise to lower my radon level down and succeeded.
