I had three companies do mitigation estimates on my 1956 house. The first one said my house had too many construction oddities for mitigation to successfully be done. Despite twists and turns and surprises along the way due to the quirky layout of my house, Alejandro and his assistant Eduardo took it all in stride and persevered (including accessing that two-foot wide crawl space), taking 11 hours to do it right. It was apparent that for Alejandro it wasn’t just a job but a problem to successfully solve. The radon levels before mitigation were averaging 6.50 in most areas of the house.
