My Radon Mitigation system was installed Nov. 3, 2019. I have yet to see the 2 week re-check, however, I certainly can vouch for the process thus far. The installer performed a neat and clean install, and Holly handled the scheduling wonderfully. It was a very positive experience.

November 6, 2019The work was performed exactly as described and promised. Alejandro and his partner arrived on time, described the work they would be doing and got to it. They did ask for my input along the way and that was appreciated. They did a very professional install, cleaned up completely behind themselves and did other considerate things like remove their shoes when coming indoors. This entire process was painless. Thank you!

For anyone needing Radon mitigation, look no further than Radon Safety LLC, they are a company that delivers! Holly has been exceptionally patient with me, whilst I gained approval from my HOA, regarding the location of the unit. Alejandro arrived on time and explained precisely what he’d be doing. When coming across an unexpected issue, he dealt with it quickly and efficiently and went out of his way, taking extra measurements, for some upcoming building work. It does not surprise me that they have exceptionally good reviews, they have been wonderful to work with.

December 12, 2019Radon Safety was awesome to work with. Holly answered all of my questions very quickly ranging from the time of getting the quote, setting up an install, after then install, then again after post install testing. The install took around 2 hours and is outside my master bedroom. There is a little hum I can hear from it but its perfect white noise for me. If you go outside and touch the vent you can feel air moving in that thing. They use one heck of a fan. After install I noticed one spot that wasn't caulked and asked Holly about it. She sent someone out to touch up that spot no questions asked. They got our radon down from 7.0 to less than 0.3 on the mail in test they provide. They use a 3rd party testing site also. Highly recommend!!!
