  • From my initial contact, Holly was there every step of the way. She provided me with the terms of their warranty prior to installation and payment for review. I felt that I was in wonderful hands and just had it installed today. From deciding I want to get radon mitigation to it actually being installed was less than two weeks. The installer was great. He called me so that I did not have to wait at my house and could drive over and let him in. I never realized how reasonably priced this has become. I highly rate radon safety LLC.

    Our family had a wonderful experience with the staff at Radon Safety. Holly was very timely in communicating and always available to answer questions. Our installer, Alex, was very helpful in explaining our options for mitigation, keeping installation at our quote and was quick and cleaned up after he was done. Would definitely recommend Radon Safety!

The technician Alejandro was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and walked me through different options for our installation. Work was done with great care and respect for our home and job was completed on schedule. They have made dealing with radon mitigation as painless as could be for us.

    I never had a company who stands behind what they promise. My radon level was 26.4. They said they will lower the radon level to below 4. Guess what, they did better, and my radon level is .8. Very good company to work with. Jason, our installer, have to come out 5 times in order to get our radon level below 1. He was always helpful in answering questions. Always explaining what would be the best scenario for digging the hole and where to place it. Holly was also great as well. She always have good suggestions on what to do next. She's very speedy on answering your questions through email. Always positive even though they have to come out 5x to our house. Always reassure you that they will get the radon level down. Best Radon company out there. The other company I called, didn't guarantee to drop my level down to below 4. Radon Safety LLC stands behind their promise to lower my radon level down and succeeded.
