Our house, including a mostly finished basement was not set up to make getting our radon under control an easy task. I knew that going in because I remember when the basement was finished. This is main reason I put it off for so long. Radon Safety gave us a quote and explained everything thoroughly. We had options but really only one good one that included a lengthy run of PVC pipe up into the attic above our garage. There wasn't a single thing easy about this. When we got the first test readings they were still high and I thought this was where I was going to start paying. Instead Radon Safety proved why it's such a highly rated company. They resolved the situation which took significant extra work and stuck exactly to the original quote. They do the job right! I couldn't be happier and will recommend them every time. Radon Safety has been a pleasure to work with. Holly was very responsive and quick to explain the process, schedule our appointment, and send us our paperwork. The technician Alejandro was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and walked me through different options for our installation. Work was done with great care and respect for our home and job was completed on schedule. They have made dealing with radon mitigation as painless as could be for us.

August 26, 2019Top Notch! If I could give 10 stars, I would...We had our system installed two days ago. The entire process was timely and seamless! The office personnel (Holly and Patricia) were awesome to work with....the installer, Alex was superb! They got it right and the system looks great! They do what they say they will do and they do it right the first time! I just want to give an extra shout out to Alex for his terrific customer service....he had the entire system installed and found an electrical wiring problem in our home when he tried to hook it up. He correctly rewired the box he needed to use, put in a new switch, and safely hooked up the system. They never charged us additional for this. Any other company would have told us to get an electrician to change the wiring or would have charged extra to do it. When Holly gives you a price, that is the price you pay....it is not an estimate or a "guesstimate". It is the final price! They also leave a test kit to an independent lab for you to retest after the system has been in place for 10 days. If the levels do not go down to what they guarantee, they come back out until they do....and no extra charge for that either! I highly recommend this company....especially if you need your system installed quickly and correctly the first time! And their guarantee is incredible--no strings and no extra costs...ever!
