Holly has been exceptionally patient with me, whilst I gained approval from my HOA, regarding the location of the unit. Alejandro arrived on time and explained precisely what he’d be doing. When coming across an unexpected issue, he dealt with it quickly and efficiently and went out of his way, taking extra measurements, for some upcoming building work. It does not surprise me that they have exceptionally good reviews, they have been wonderful to work with.

December 12, 2019I had a really good experience with this company. I moved into a new home and had 60 days to get a radon test done and have a mitigation system installed to get reimbursed by the builders. I happened to put that off until the last minute and reached out to my realtor for a recommendation... she referred me to another company but I wasn’t too impressed with them and it was going to take awhile before they could install the mitigation system. So, I found these guys on Google and really liked their website. I did some research and decided I would go with this company. I called them, had a quote within minutes, the price was good, and they were able to do the install a day later (Holly was the person I spoke to, she was great). They went above and beyond communicating the expectations as well as educating me on the install process and warranty. The install was smooth and the gentleman who completed it was great. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and the turnaround to get this done was super quick. Thanks guys!

Radon Safety was awesome to work with. Holly answered all of my questions very quickly ranging from the time of getting the quote, setting up an install, after then install, then again after post install testing. The install took around 2 hours and is outside my master bedroom. There is a little hum I can hear from it but its perfect white noise for me. If you go outside and touch the vent you can feel air moving in that thing. They use one heck of a fan. After install I noticed one spot that wasn't caulked and asked Holly about it. She sent someone out to touch up that spot no questions asked. They got our radon down from 7.0 to less than 0.3 on the mail in test they provide. They use a 3rd party testing site also. Highly recommend!!!

July 26, 2019I never had a company who stands behind what they promise. My radon level was 26.4. They said they will lower the radon level to below 4. Guess what, they did better, and my radon level is .8. Very good company to work with. Jason, our installer, have to come out 5 times in order to get our radon level below 1. He was always helpful in answering questions. Always explaining what would be the best scenario for digging the hole and where to place it. Holly was also great as well. She always have good suggestions on what to do next. She's very speedy on answering your questions through email. Always positive even though they have to come out 5x to our house. Always reassure you that they will get the radon level down. Best Radon company out there. The other company I called, didn't guarantee to drop my level down to below 4. Radon Safety LLC stands behind their promise to lower my radon level down and succeeded.
