Radon Safety was awesome to work with. Holly answered all of my questions very quickly ranging from the time of getting the quote, setting up an install, after then install, then again after post install testing. The install took around 2 hours and is outside my master bedroom. There is a little hum I can hear from it but its perfect white noise for me. If you go outside and touch the vent you can feel air moving in that thing. They use one heck of a fan. After install I noticed one spot that wasn't caulked and asked Holly about it. She sent someone out to touch up that spot no questions asked. They got our radon down from 7.0 to less than 0.3 on the mail in test they provide. They use a 3rd party testing site also. Highly recommend!!!

July 26, 2019My Radon Mitigation system was installed Nov. 3, 2019. I have yet to see the 2 week re-check, however, I certainly can vouch for the process thus far. The installer performed a neat and clean install, and Holly handled the scheduling wonderfully. It was a very positive experience.

Our house, including a mostly finished basement was not set up to make getting our radon under control an easy task. I knew that going in because I remember when the basement was finished. This is main reason I put it off for so long. Radon Safety gave us a quote and explained everything thoroughly. We had options but really only one good one that included a lengthy run of PVC pipe up into the attic above our garage. There wasn't a single thing easy about this. When we got the first test readings they were still high and I thought this was where I was going to start paying. Instead Radon Safety proved why it's such a highly rated company. They resolved the situation which took significant extra work and stuck exactly to the original quote. They do the job right! I couldn't be happier and will recommend them every time. I felt that I was in wonderful hands and just had it installed today. From deciding I want to get radon mitigation to it actually being installed was less than two weeks. The installer was great. He called me so that I did not have to wait at my house and could drive over and let him in. I never realized how reasonably priced this has become. I highly rate radon safety LLC.
