  • Radon Safety was awesome to work with. Holly answered all of my questions very quickly ranging from the time of getting the quote, setting up an install, after then install, then again after post install testing. The install took around 2 hours and is outside my master bedroom. There is a little hum I can hear from it but its perfect white noise for me. If you go outside and touch the vent you can feel air moving in that thing. They use one heck of a fan. After install I noticed one spot that wasn't caulked and asked Holly about it. She sent someone out to touch up that spot no questions asked. They got our radon down from 7.0 to less than 0.3 on the mail in test they provide. They use a 3rd party testing site also. Highly recommend!!!

    I never had a company who stands behind what they promise. My radon level was 26.4. They said they will lower the radon level to below 4. Guess what, they did better, and my radon level is .8. Very good company to work with. Jason, our installer, have to come out 5 times in order to get our radon level below 1. He was always helpful in answering questions. Always explaining what would be the best scenario for digging the hole and where to place it. Holly was also great as well. She always have good suggestions on what to do next. She's very speedy on answering your questions through email. Always positive even though they have to come out 5x to our house. Always reassure you that they will get the radon level down. Best Radon company out there. The other company I called, didn't guarantee to drop my level down to below 4. Radon Safety LLC stands behind their promise to lower my radon level down and succeeded.

  • I hired Radon Safety to midigate the Radon from a home I just purchased. I based my decision partially on the Google Reviews on this company. I was not disappointed with this decision. They are responsive, professional and live up to their promises. After the installation the Follow up radon test they provided showed results just a hair above the guaranteed levels. They came back out right away and made some adjustments to get the levels down below the EPA recommendation. They, as promised, did not ask for more money and fulfilled their contract. Great Company, Great office and field staff! I will never try any other company for Radon Mitigation!

    I chose Radon Safety LLC on the recommendation of my son, who had an abatement system installed by them years ago and which has worked flawlessly since then. The installers on my job were extremely professional, flexible and knew their business. The admin staff is easy to work with as well. Highly rated!!!!
