  • Top Notch! If I could give 10 stars, I would...We had our system installed two days ago. The entire process was timely and seamless! The office personnel (Holly and Patricia) were awesome to work with....the installer, Alex was superb! They got it right and the system looks great! They do what they say they will do and they do it right the first time! I just want to give an extra shout out to Alex for his terrific customer service....he had the entire system installed and found an electrical wiring problem in our home when he tried to hook it up. He correctly rewired the box he needed to use, put in a new switch, and safely hooked up the system. They never charged us additional for this. Any other company would have told us to get an electrician to change the wiring or would have charged extra to do it. When Holly gives you a price, that is the price you pay....it is not an estimate or a "guesstimate". It is the final price! They also leave a test kit to an independent lab for you to retest after the system has been in place for 10 days. If the levels do not go down to what they guarantee, they come back out until they do....and no extra charge for that either! I highly recommend this company....especially if you need your system installed quickly and correctly the first time! And their guarantee is incredible--no strings and no extra costs...ever!

    From my initial contact, Holly was there every step of the way. She provided me with the terms of their warranty prior to installation and payment for review. I felt that I was in wonderful hands and just had it installed today. From deciding I want to get radon mitigation to it actually being installed was less than two weeks. The installer was great. He called me so that I did not have to wait at my house and could drive over and let him in. I never realized how reasonably priced this has become. I highly rate radon safety LLC.

  • I hired Radon Safety to midigate the Radon from a home I just purchased. I based my decision partially on the Google Reviews on this company. I was not disappointed with this decision. They are responsive, professional and live up to their promises. After the installation the Follow up radon test they provided showed results just a hair above the guaranteed levels. They came back out right away and made some adjustments to get the levels down below the EPA recommendation. They, as promised, did not ask for more money and fulfilled their contract. Great Company, Great office and field staff! I will never try any other company for Radon Mitigation!

    I had a really good experience with this company. I moved into a new home and had 60 days to get a radon test done and have a mitigation system installed to get reimbursed by the builders. I happened to put that off until the last minute and reached out to my realtor for a recommendation... she referred me to another company but I wasn’t too impressed with them and it was going to take awhile before they could install the mitigation system. So, I found these guys on Google and really liked their website. I did some research and decided I would go with this company. I called them, had a quote within minutes, the price was good, and they were able to do the install a day later (Holly was the person I spoke to, she was great). They went above and beyond communicating the expectations as well as educating me on the install process and warranty. The install was smooth and the gentleman who completed it was great. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and the turnaround to get this done was super quick. Thanks guys!
